What Really Happened at Butler, PA
Welcome to the Star Maps Substack, where I will introduce my method of using the IAU Minor Planet Database in my astrological research. With judicious use, the Minor Planets bring an uncanny nuance to the signals of traditional astrology that is simply astonishing
The first case we will consider concerns the work of Clif High, author of the fabled Alta Reports and originator of the powerful system known as Predictive Linguistics.
Clif High
On May 11, 2024, a client asked me to look at the astrology for something in Clif’s data called the “July Event”. It was anticipated to be an extremely intense event of global significance that would mark our entry into “Sci Fi World”, a time of massive technological change, long predicted in Clif’s data.
Clif stated that the magnitude of the “July Event” was unparalleled in his data, being thirteen times more potent in terms of “emotional tension” and “release language”. None of his data’s other predictions ever surpassed the levels around the “July Event”, not even 911, which his data identified in early 2001.
The Khazarians
Clif High frequently refers to a group he calls the “Khazarian Mafia”. Although some label this a conspiracy theory, there seems more than enough evidence to assume their existence. Little did I know, however, that my client’s question would lead me to identify them astrologically, which is why I am writing this story.
I invite other astrologers with interest in such matters to consider working with Minor Planet 21503, otherwise known as “Beksha”, and to share your insights and questions.
So, if you’re ready, let me introduce you.
Clif High’s M9 and the Predicted “July Event”
In considering my client’s question, the primary challenge was that there was no birth data for either the “July Event” or its herald, a temporal marker in Clif’s data known as “M9”. For those unfamiliar with Clif’s work, temporal markers are how the data indicates the timing of related events: when such-and-such happens, then X will occur.
The only data available to me was Clif’s statement that the M9 temporal marker for the “July Event” would occur “sometime in May” of 2024.
To further complicate matters, M9 was not a moment or an event, but rather a theoretical calculation that defined a galactic plane, postulated back in 1964 by a Russian astrophysicist.
That is our starting point.
“Strange Energies from Space”
Clif High’s data also revealed that we would finally shake off the last of the dying Kali Yuga and enter the Ascending Dwapara Yuga “in mid-May, 2024”. The mark of this transition would be our emergence from behind what he calls the “Obscuring Mass of the Galaxy“ into the line of sight of M9, not to be confused with the Messier 9 Object in Ophiuchus. Think of M9 as a radio tower, broadcasting the emanations from the Galactic Center, and thus defining a plane.
During the long, bloody centuries of the Kali Yuga, the M9 broadcast went “over our heads”, as our Solar System’s sinusoidal path kept us hidden below the “Obscuring Mass”. According to Clif, we are now sufficiently above the plane defined by M9 to be in its line of sight, and thus have begun to receive the “Strange Energies from Space” that his data told us to expect, transmitted, perhaps, from the Logos.
His data connected this transition to the upcoming “July Event”.
Pinpointing M9
After the major solar flare on May 15, 2024, I used the Sun’s position as a "place holder" for M9 because Clif's data had identified a “major solar flare” as one of the temporal markers for the run up to the “July Event”. To my great surprise, the chart clearly evoked the primary theme of the “July Event”: a “shocking collective experience leading to ongoing debate and confusion”, as Clif described it.
Before proceeding, I asked Clif for clarification. On May 16, he confirmed that the probable date of the “July Event” was July 15-16, but he was doubtful that M9 could ever be represented astrologically, explaining that it was a mathematical construct, calculated on the movement of our solar system. He stated that there was nothing linking M9 to the “July Event”.
The Link Between M9 Solar Flares and the “July Event”
However, after looking at the charts, I wrote back to Clif, and showed him what I’d found:
I was quite shocked to find the perfect conjunction of Uranus-Algol-Beksha-Mars in the July 15 chart on the M9 solar degree of 26° Taurus. Flares, by the way, are ruled by Mars and Uranus. I refer to this figure as the "Medusa Stellium".
Uranus-Algol-Beksha-Mars were conjunct within 32’ of arc on the degree of the M9 Sun. The extreme precision of this stellium alone makes it highly significant, regardless of its exact occurrence on the M9 solar degree.
Uranus: father of the Titans and the Furies, rules unbridled high electric force and sudden violent events.
Algol: long associated with Medusa, has sinister connotations, but she can also be seen as the (Outraged) Head of Wisdom.
Beksha: The Beks were the Khazarian War Chiefs. Those who follow Clif High will readily grasp the significance of this within the current landscape.
Mars: the god of War, cutting, initiating, bloody.
In astrology, we often track activity to what we call "sensitive degrees". The involvement of the co-rulers of the flare with Algol on the May 15 solar flare degree of 26°Taurus made this degree far more sensitive to activation by the anticipated “July Event”.
Finding Beksha
The reader might wonder at this point how an obscure Minor Planet, Beksha, came to be on my radar. The International Astronomical Union (IAU) maintains a database of some 70,000+ named objects at the Minor Planet Center. For years, I have routinely searched it for elements that might pertain to a given chart, finding this to be a very rewarding, if somewhat painstaking, endeavor.
For those unfamiliar with the IAU and its database, many of the bodies are named such that their astrological use is fairly clear: “Ukraine”, “Sphinx”, “NASA”, etc.
For example, here is Abraham Lincoln’s chart with the transits for the moment John Wilkes Booth shot him. The precision and eloquence of the minor planets is stunning.

Assassination “Booth” is on Lincoln’s Taurus South Node, receiving a square from Assassination “Wilkes” (red), a chart whose Venus is certainly a functional malefic!
Given my interest in the Minor Planets, it was natural for me to search the database that day in May for any name associated with the Khazars because of Clif’s frequent mention of the Khazarian Mafia. The tedious process of checking the historical Khazarian name lists yielded a match: “Beksha”. How gratifying, though, when I read that the Beks were the “Khazarian War Chiefs”. When I added Beksha to the charts, its validity was instantly confirmed.
The IAU often names newly discovered Minor Planets in honor of individuals. Minor Planet 21503 was named after Daniel Beksha, a winner in the 2005 International Science and Engineering Fair. Daniel, it is supposed, has nothing to do whatsoever with the Beks. But as most astrologers understand, a new planet’s astronomical name and its astrological meaning coalesce over time. I have found that the same holds true for the Minor Planets, if they are used judiciously. I use extremely tight orbs, typically less than one degree, and only when the body is meaningfully configured within the chart, as in Lincoln’s example above.
On May 16, 2024, the day I’d found Beksha and first confirmed it in the charts, I concluded my work and sent my client her report. There was nothing more to do at that point than wait for the “July Event” to manifest.
Beksha and the Flares: Evil Pushes Back
M9 is linked to solar flares in Clif’s data. Therefore I used the degree of the Sun immediately following the flares as a starting point, and because this was a solar event, I also looked at the heliocentric chart.
Given that M9 is associated in Clif’s data with the broadcast of “Strange Energies from Space”, see how the Galactic Center (GC) is the keystone in the heliocentric chart for the proposed moment of crossing up into the plane of M9.
But why such attacking energy focused not only on the Earth, but also back upon the Galactic Center? The charts would give us the answer.
The Grand Trine (black)
A sinister Grand Trine with Nemesis (the Destroyer), Al Pherg and Beksha.
Al Pherg is very harsh, associated with a lust for power at any cost.
Beksha, the Khazarian War Chiefs.
The Yod (blue)
Insistent drive aimed at the GC through Jupiter-Uranus-Algol and Procyon.
Procyon is “sudden and violent malevolence”, the dog that bites. Algol is Algol.
The T-Square (red)
Connects Nemesis (the Destroyer) to the Moon-Earth/Algol axis.
Note that Typhon, another destructive element, conjoins Moon-Earth.
The Quincunx (purple)
Beksha and Al Pherg aim directly at the Moon-Earth, amplifying the attack.
We have examined the steps I took to build the astrology necessary to answer my client’s question about the nature of the “July Event” predicted by Clif’s data. We saw that the temporal marker of the May 15 Solar Flares gave me a position for M9, that of the Sun’s longitude at 26°Taurus. This was confirmed with dramatic precision by the subsequent convergence of the four elements of the Medusa Stellium upon that precise degree in the chart drawn for the hypothetical date for the “July Event”.
And then, it finally happened.
Assassination Attempt at Butler: the Actual “July Event”
After the assassination attempt on July 13, I analyzed Trump’s natal Beksha and the transit of the Medusa Stellium in his chart. With his 12th house Mars square Algol on the MC, Trump’s natal chart has a distinct vulnerability for head trauma. Ignoring for the moment the arrival of the Medusa Stellium on his MC, I was shocked to see his own natal Beksha in a precise double sesquiquadrate (135°) to both his Mars and to his Algol MC. To make matters even worse, his own Beksha sits on the degree of his Uranus-Pluto midpoint.`

Beksha Unleashed !
If you accept the validity of the above exercise, then Beksha may represent the cold, anti-human forces loyal to the Demiurge. If so, we have a new tool to aid in the understanding of the astrology around the political, financial and spiritual forces at play in this unprecedented time.
Just as astrologers did with Pluto, discovered at the dawn of the Atomic Age, and with Uranus, linked to the rise of the Rights of Man, we can take clues as to Beksha’s astrological meaning by its juxtaposition to the growing public exposure of a sinister group whom some call the Khazarian Mafia. Certainly the military precision of Beksha’s aggressive astrological debut lives up to the meaning of its name, “Khazarian War Chiefs”.
As the Kali Yuga comes to a close and we emerge from behind the “Obscuring Mass” into the energetic stream from M9, the good news is that humanity is apparently moving out from under the thrall of the Demiurge. However, the Evil One will do all it can to maul humanity on its way out. To that end, the Khazarian War Chiefs have been unleashed for a fight to the death. Just look again at the astrology of the Medusa Stellium in the heliocentric chart, with its violence projected toward our spiritual home, the Galactic Center, as well as towards Earth.
As a researcher, I feel gratified to have found Minor Planet Beksha. It has given me the means to account for a very particular aspect of Evil in both personal and mundane analysis. I think it no accident that Beksha has emerged at this time to join our astrological arsenal.
